What is HappyFeet?

HappyFeet is a fun, imaginative, and developmental soccer program designed for children ages 2-5. With a focus on physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, HappyFeet uses creative play, familiar songs, and storytelling to introduce the fundamentals of soccer while fostering confidence and a love for physical activity.

Program Details:

HappyFeet Ages 2-3:

• 30-minute classes, once per week

• Focus: 10 minutes of physical literacy, 20 minutes of fun, non-competitive soccer games

• Every child has their own ball; parents are welcome to join in!

• Emphasis on fun and activity

• Cost: $80 for a six-week block

HappyFeet Ages 4-5:

• 40-minute classes, once per week

• Focus: 10 minutes of physical literacy, 30 minutes of fun soccer games

• Non-competitive; encourages independence and confidence with the ball

• Emphasis on fun, activity, and skill-building

• Cost: $80 for a six-week block

Our Curriculum:

HappyFeet uses playful storytelling and creative adventures with “Bob the Bobcat” to make soccer exciting. Kids "tame" their bobcat while learning skills like dribbling and ball striking, all through activities that spark their imagination and promote fitness.

Our History:

Thirteen years ago, the HappyFeet franchise was purchased by ASTRA Soccer Academy, and we’ve been kicking up fun in Saskatoon’s soccer community ever since!

From nurturing little feet with individual ball skills to running action-packed, engaging classes, we’ve had the joy of watching HappyFeet graduates grow into confident players. In fact, some of our HappyFeet stars have moved on from our U5 sessions to shine on ASTRA’s U12 teams and numerous local community teams as well—how cool is that?

We’re so proud to have played a part in shaping young athletes’ journeys and can’t wait to help your little one take their first exciting steps into the world of soccer. No matter where they are in their soccer story, everyone’s welcome at HappyFeet! Let’s make it an unforgettable adventure!
